Thank you for supporting original commissioned artwork. Each oil painting offered through this website is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece created by the artist. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Original Artwork

All paintings are original works of art. As such, slight variations in texture, color, or detail are natural and reflect the authentic hand-painted nature of the piece.

2. Representation of Artwork

While we make every effort to provide accurate images and descriptions of the commissioned artwork, please note: Colors may appear differently depending on your screen/device settings. Minor variations from reference photos or commissioned requests are part of the creative process. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these variations as inherent qualities of original art.

3. No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

Due to the unique, custom, and original nature of commissioned oil paintings: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds will not be issued.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your commissioned painting is lost or arrives significantly damaged during shipping: If lost in transit, the artist will redo the commissioned painting. If damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 business days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. The artist will create a new replacement piece.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you confirm that: You have read and understood this No-Return & Refund Policy. You accept that all artwork is original and may vary from reference images. You agree that all sales are final, with the sole exception of artwork lost or damaged during shipping, in which case the artist will redo the commissioned piece.
